A half marathon and a new book

I’m running the Royal Parks Half Marathon on a beautiful route through London next Sunday (11 October) and I’ve belatedly decided to seek sponsorship. Details are on my fundraising page at the Multiple Sclerosis Society website. I’ve left it a bit late, but as race day grew nearer, I just couldn’t justify running without trying to raise some money. My training has been a bit up and down, and if I complete the route it’ll be the furthest I’ve run, but I’m really looking forward to it.

I’ve also added a new page to this site (see top) to flag up my new book, which is officially published 20 minutes after I post this. It’s one of a series I helped to edit, and while I’d obviously commend my Spurs effort most strongly, any one of the six titles will make a great present for any fans you know. Commercial over.
